Hargreaves Services plc (AIM:HSP), a diversified group delivering services to the environmental, infrastructure and property sectors, announces that, on 17 April 2025 that, Rebecca Craigen, the wife of Stephen Craigen (PDMR) sold 2,849 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 562 pence each. Mrs Craigen immediately purchased 2,842 Ordinary Shares into an ISA at 563 pence each.

Following these transactions, Stephen Craigen's aggregate beneficial holding, including his connected persons' interests, is 20,708 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
