Capital Markets Day

 

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to
the industrial and property sectors, announces it will be holding a Capital
Markets Day for analysts and investors on Wednesday 11 May 2022 at
10.30am-12.30pm.

 

An opening and closing address will be given by the Chair, Roger McDowell, who
will provide an overview of the Group and its strategy to deliver shareholder
value. The morning will also feature presentations and a Q&A session with:

 

·    Gordon Banham, Group Chief Executive

·    David Anderson, Group Property Director

·    Stephen Barker, Managing Director, Hargreaves (UK) Services Limited

 

The Capital Markets Day will provide a greater insight into the Company's
three business segments, with a particular focus on its German Joint Venture,
Hargreaves Raw Materials Services GmbH ("HRMS") and the portion of the land
portfolio which is earmarked for use by renewable energy suppliers within its
property business, Hargreaves Land.

 

Analysts and institutional investors are welcome to attend the event in the
City of London. Due to restrictions on numbers, it will not be possible for
all interested parties to attend in-person, however, a webcast will be made
available for retail investors and others to view the presentations live. The
facility to submit questions will also be available on this platform.
