Director Dealings

 

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to
the industrial and property sectors, announces that on 4 April 2022 three
Directors exercised options over 167,586 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in
the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 10
pence per share. The options were granted under the Hargreaves Services plc
2019 Share Option Scheme and all of the Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the
exercises were retained by the Directors. The Directors are responsible for
the payment of all income tax and national insurance contributions (including
employer's national insurance contributions) due on the exercise of these
options.

 

The option exercises were satisfied by a transfer of shares from
treasury. Following the transfers, 611,118 Ordinary Shares remain in treasury
and the new total number of voting rights in the Company is 32,527,638. This
latter figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

 

The Directors who exercised options and their resultant shareholdings in the
Company are as follows:

 

Roger McDowell exercised 112,557 options and now holds 462,557 Ordinary Shares
representing 1.4%.

Gordon Banham exercised 29,704 options and now holds 2,676,529 Ordinary Shares
representing 8.2%.

David Anderson exercised 25,325 options and now holds 58,100 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.2%.
