Director/PDMR Shareholding

and Total Voting Rights

 

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services
to the industrial and property sectors, announces that on 26 January 2022,
Sean Hager (PDMR), Managing Director, Industrial Services Division, exercised
options over 13,418 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of nil pence per share.
Additionally, a non-PDMR employee exercised his options over 12,931 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of
nil pence per share. Both options were granted under the Company's 2018
Deferred Share Bonus Scheme and all of the Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to
the exercises were sold at 475 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

The option exercises were satisfied by a transfer of shares from treasury.
Following the transfers, 785,872 Ordinary Shares remain in treasury and the
new total number of voting rights in the Company is 32,352,884. This latter
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
