Notification pursuant to AIM Rule 17 comprising a notification relating to a relevant change by a significant shareholder in the Group.
The Company was notified on 23 July 2020 that Artemis Investment Management LLP ("Artemis") now holds in aggregate 2,988,517 ordinary shares in the Company, being 9.26% of the total voting rights (including 1,968,738 ordinary shares (6.10%) in respect of which Artemis themselves control the voting rights).
