Notice of Capital Markets Day

 

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to
the environmental, infrastructure and property sectors, announces it will be
hosting a Capital Markets Day for analysts and institutional investors at
10.30 a.m. -12.30 p.m. GMT on Wednesday 26 November 2025 in the City of
London.

 

The event will focus on the Services and HRMS divisions, exploring in detail
the growth drivers within Services and providing a greater insight into the
operations at the steel waste recycling facility at DK Recycling in Duisburg,
Germany. The morning will also provide an opportunity to hear from members of
the wider Hargreaves Senior Management team, in addition to the Board, with an
open forum for questions. More details of the event will be made available in
due course.

 

Existing and prospective retail investors are welcome to join via a live
webcast. The facility to submit questions will also be available on this
platform.
