PDMR/PCA Share Transfer

Hargreaves Services plc (AIM: HSP), a diversified group delivering services to
the industrial and property sectors, announces that it has received the
following notification.

On 14 March 2024, Stephen Barker, Managing Director and PDMR, transferred
10,686 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to his wife, Lisa Barker,
at nil consideration per share. Following this transaction, Stephen Barker's
aggregate beneficial holding is unchanged at 20,497 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.06%.
