** Shares of support services provider Hargreaves Services HASE.L up 7.8% at 770 pence

** Co launches increased tender offer of 20 million pounds ($26.63 million), at 850 pence per ordinary share

** Co in January had planned to return 15 mln pounds to shareholders via tender offer

** YTD, stock is up ~18%
