    * Q1 revenue of 10.9 million euros ($11.95 million) versus 
9.7 million euros year ago 
    * Q1 EBITDA of 388,000 euros versus 441,000 euros year ago 
    * Q1 consolidated net profit of 10,000 euros versus 371,000 
euros year ago 
    * On 23 April company acquired a holding of 37% in 
Lithuanian subsidiary UAB Rifas 
    * In addition to the previously acquired 63%, and in doing 
so became the sole owner of the UAB Rifas
