    ** Co posts smaller-than-expected Q1 loss of 31 cents per
shares vs analysts' est. of a 38-cent loss - Refinitiv data
    ** Q1 rev. of $8.6 mln also tops analysts' est. of $4.8 mln
    ** "We expect to see a positive impact on our cash burn over
the course of year from the restructuring implemented in the
fourth quarter of last year," says Julie Eastland, President and
CEO
    ** HARP stock up 13.02% YTD
