** Stock marks its largest intraday pct jump since early August 2020

** The online retailing firm agrees to a private placement of shares to Taiwan-based tech co FSP Technology Inc to raise A$1.494 million ($941,817.60)

** Issue price at A$0.02 per share, double the stock's last close of A$0.01

** Funds to be used to drive co's expansion into product segments like pre-owned electronics

** About 2.5 mln shares change hands, 8.2 times the 30-day avg

** Stock up 60% YTD, including current session's moves
