fall ~19% to $22.01 in early trade
    ** Co reports Q1 net loss of $6.6 mln, compared with a loss
of $2.4 mln a year earlier 
    ** HROW reiterates its annual net revenue forecast of $135
mln to $143 mln
    ** Shares up ~49% so far this year
