Harrow Health falls on downbeat Q3 revenue

** Shares of eye-drug maker Harrow Health  HROW.O  fall
25.3% to $9.60 in premarket trading 
    ** Late Monday, co posted Q3 revenue of $34.3 million,
missing average analyst estimate of $37.58 mln, per LSEG data
    ** HROW's adj. earnings before interest, tax, depreciation
and amortization (EBITDA) were $9.21 mln versus estimates of
$12.75 mln 
    ** Now sees 2023 revenue in $129 mln to $135 mln range, and
expects 2024 revenue of more than $180 million
    ** As of last close, stock was down ~13% so far this year
