Grant of deferred bonus award

The Company confirms that on 22 March 2023 it granted an award (structured as
a nil-cost option) over 57,988 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company
to Lynda Shillaw under the rules of the Harworth 2019 Deferred Bonus Plan. The
award was granted in respect of Ms Shillaw's bonus earned for the financial
year ended 31 December 2022 and will vest at the end of a deferral period of
two years.
