Director/PDMR Shareholding
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them under the
Harworth 2019 Share Incentive Plan ("SIP")
The Company announces that on 15 July 2024, "Partnership Shares" were acquired
(out of participating employees' gross salaries) and "Matching Shares" were
awarded for free under the SIP to eligible employees, including the
individuals noted below.
Provided the Matching Shares are not withdrawn from the SIP within 5 years
from the award date, they may be acquired free of income tax or National
Insurance contributions.
