Harworth Group plc Save As You Earn Scheme ("SAYE")

 

The Company announces that on 5 November 2024, having issued invitations to
all eligible employees to participate in the SAYE, share options were granted
to applicants including those individuals noted below, with an exercise price
of £1.46. Further information on the SAYE can be found in the Company's
Directors' Remuneration Report in its annual report and financial statements
for the year ended 31 December 2023.
