Harworth 2019 Restricted Share Plan

 

The Company announces that on 23 October 2025, an additional award was granted
under the Harworth 2019 Restricted Share Plan (RSP) to Dougie Maudsley
following his appointment as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.  The award is
subject to the same terms as the awards granted under the RSP on 27 June 2025
