Results of Annual General Meeting

 

Harworth Group plc (the "Company") announces that at its Annual General
Meeting held at 2.30 p.m. on Monday 20 May 2024 all resolutions in the Notice
of Annual General Meeting dated 10 April 2024 were passed by the necessary
majority on a show of hands.

Details of proxy voting instructions received in advance of the Annual General
Meeting are shown in the table below and will be posted on the Company's
website, www.harworthgroup.com (http://www.harworthgroup.com) .

The number of ordinary shares in issue on 20 May 2024 was 324,787,751 ordinary
shares.  A vote withheld is not a vote in law and is not counted in the
calculation of votes for or against a resolution.

 

Copies of all resolutions passed, other than resolutions concerning ordinary
business, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism.  They will
shortly be available for inspection at
