8% at $37.95 after the bell following results
    ** Co expects Q2 loss of $0.32-$0.30/share, compared with
analyst expectations of a loss of $0.33/share, according to
Refinitiv data
    ** HCP posts Q1 loss of $0.43/share, missing analysts'
average estimate of a loss of $0.29/share, according to
Refinitiv data
    ** 7 of 13 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher and 6
"hold"; their median PT is $59.00
    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock had fallen 54.67% YTD
