HashiCorp jumps on report IBM close to deal

** HashiCorp's  HCP.O  shares jump 25% to $30.90 
    ** International Business Machines  IBM.N  is nearing a deal
to buy the cloud software provider, a person familiar with the
matter tells Reuters
    ** Deal "would likely command a premium", the WSJ, which
first reported the deal, said 
    ** HCP shares closed at $24.55 on Monday, valuing the firm
at about $4.9 billion - LSEG data
