UK regulator to begin review of IBM, Hashicorp merger

Aug 6 (Reuters) - Hashicorp  HCP.O  said on Tuesday the
cloud software vendor received a notice from the UK's
Competition and Markets Authority last week saying it would
begin a phase one review of the company's merger with
International Business Machines  IBM.N .
