Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 02, 2016, to consider fixation of Record Date for the issue of Bonus Equity Shares. The issue of Bonus Equity Shares is however subject to the approval of the members of the Company through Postal Ballot process that commenced on May 31, 2016 and subject to the "In-Principal" approval from National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited under Regulation 28 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
