rise as much as 12.1% to 995 rupees, their sharpest intra-day
pct gain since May 16
    ** Co late on Wednesday said the rights issue committee of
the board will consider and decide the terms and conditions and
other related matters about the rights issue of shares,
including the determination of rights issue price, issue size,
rights entitlement ratio, and record date etc. on Dec. 3
    ** Co had approved issue of shares worth up to 4 billion
rupees ($49.31 million) on Sept. 19 via a rights issue
