** Shares of Hatsun Agro Products Ltd  HAPL.NS  surge as
much as 12.4% to 1,096.9 rupees, biggest intraday pct. gain
since March 14
    ** Milk products maker reports June-qtr profit-after-tax
rise of 54.3% to 801.6 mln rupees ($9.77 mln), aided by higher
sales
    ** Stock trading above 50-, 100- and 200-day moving averages
since June 15, suggesting bullish bias
    ** Trading volume at ~352,000 shares as of 9:40 a.m. IST,
its most active session since Dec. 1
    ** Stock last up ~15% YTD
