    * Reports a FY consolidated net income 29.0 million euros  
($31.09 million) versus 9.1 million euros previous year 
    * FY revenue 412.6 million euros versus 342.7 million euros 
previous year 
    * Expects for FY 2015 a 5 percent sales growth and current 
operating margin rates near those delivered in 2014 
    * A dividend of 0.22 euro per share - relating to fiscal 
year 2014 - will be proposed
