March 8 (Reuters) - Haulotte Group SA  PYHE.PA : 
    * FY consolidated net income 27.7 million euros  ($30.59 
million) versus 29.0 million euros year ago 
    * FY operating income from continuing operations 34.4 
million euros versus 38.0 million euros a year ago 
    * Expects sales growth of close to 5 pct in 2016 and a 
further improvement in its current operating margin rate 
    * A dividend of 0.22 euro per share will be proposed
