April 14 (Reuters) - Haulotte Group SA  PYHE.PA : 
    * Reports Q1 consolidated revenues increasing by 10 percent 
to 98.2 million euros ($104.85 million) against 89.3 million 
euros for the same period of previous year 
    * Confirms its forecast of revenue growth close to 5 percent 
for FY 2015 
    * Appointed Exane BNP Paribas for implementation of a 
liquidity contract on its shares, for a period ending on 31 
December 2015, renewable by tacit agreement
