July 30 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

GTT GTT.PA:

The engineering company reported a net income of 180 million euros and revenue of 388.7 million euros for the first half of the year, representing a 49% increase in EBITDA compared to H1 2024.

Havas HAVAS.AS:

The multinational advertising and public relations company reported a revenue of 1.41 billion euros and an adjusted EBIT of 144 million euros for the first half of the year.

Eurofins EUFI.PA:

The luxembourg-based biotechnology company priced new 500 million euros 7.5-year senior unsecured bonds with a 3.875% annual fixed rate coupon.

Tarkett TKTT.PA:

The french flooring and sports surface company reported an adjusted EBIT of 83.9 million euros and revenue of 1,573.5 million euros for the first half of the year.

Eiffage FOUG.PA:

The construction and concessions company reported revenue excluding construction of 1.56 billion euros for APRR in the first half of the year.

Imerys IMTP.PA:

The mining and mineral processing company reported stable sales on a comparable basis for the first half of 2025, with organic growth at -0.4%.

Kering PRTP.PA:

French luxury goods company reported revenue of 7,587 million euros for the first half of the year, slightly below the IBES estimate of 7,642 million euros.

Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SGOB.PA:

The multinational corporation announced three targeted acquisitions in North America, Italy, and Peru. The company has acquired Interstar Materials, Isoltech, and Soquimic.

Verallia VRLA.PA:

The french glass packaging manufacturer reported a net income of 67.5 million euros and revenue of 1,723 million euros for the first half of the year.

It also announced the reopening of the voluntary public tender offer initiated by BWGI.

Metropole Television SA MMTP.PA:

French television network Metropole Television SA confirmed its guidance of 2028 streaming revenue in excess of €200M, with H1 streaming revenue up 32.5%.
