AEROPORTS DE PARIS SA ADP.PA:

French airport operator Aeroports de Paris reported full-year 2025 group traffic of 379.0 million passengers, up 4.2% from last year.

ALSTOM SA ALSO.PA:

French train maker Alstom received a 2.3 billion Canadian dollars ($1.66 billion) order to provide 70 new subway trains for Toronto's Line 2.

HAVAS NV HAVAS.AS:

Advertising and public relations company Havas has been selected for a new European Commission communication framework contract with a duration of five years.

HEINEKEN NV HEIN.AS:

Dutch brewing company Heineken received approval from the Nicaraguan antitrust authority for its acquisition of all shares held by FIFCO in Nicaraguan Brewing Holding, S.A., with transaction completion expected in Q1 2026.

KBC GROEP NV KBC.BR:

Belgian banking and insurance group KBC completed the acquisition of 365.bank for a total consideration of 708 million euros, strengthening its position in Slovakia where 365.bank and ČSOB will operate separately under KBC.
