Feb 18 (Reuters) - Below are company-related news and stories from France and Benelux which could have an impact on the region's markets or individual stocks.

CARREFOUR CARR.PA: Europe's largest food retailer said it was approaching 2026 with confidence after integration costs tied to the acquisition of the Cora and Match stores in France weighed on group operating profit last year.

ECB/LAGARDE:  European Central Bank President Christine Lagarde is expected to leave before the end of her eight-year term that expires in October 2027, the Financial Times reported on Wednesday, citing a person familiar with her thinking.

HAVAS HAVAS.AS: French advertising group reported full-year organic growth of 3.1%, slightly beating its guidance, and renewed its growth forecast for 2026.

M6 METROPOLE TELEVISION MMTP.PA: France-based broadcaster reported annual revenue of 1.26 billion euros ($1.49 billion), as it confirmed its streaming revenue targets for 2028 and announced plans to reduce its costs by 80 million euro by 2030.
