Change of Auditor

 

Hawkwing plc (LSE: HNG) announces that following a competitive tender process
it has appointed Crowe LLP as its auditors with immediate effect.

 

This change is due to RSM UK Audit LLP's ("RSM") plan to step down as the
Company's auditors
following the Company's potential acquisition of Internet Fusion Group Limited ("the "Proposed Acquisition").
The Proposed Acquisition was terminated in December 2021 and the timing of the
change of auditors is due to the conclusion of provision of certain accounting
services provided by RSM UK Tax and Accounting Limited.

 

For the purposes of UK MAR, the person responsible for arranging for the
release of this announcement on behalf of Hawkwing is Keith Sadler, Senior
Independent Non-Executive Director.
