TLA Worldwide plc (AIM: TLA), a leading athlete representation and sports marketing business, announces that following completion of the sale of its US Businesses, announced on 28 December 2018, Michael Principe and Greg Genske resigned on 28 December 2018 as directors of TLA and other members of the Group (as applicable) with immediate effect.
