Result of General Meeting
 
TLA Worldwide plc (AIM: TLA), a leading athlete representation and sports marketing business, announces that the resolution proposed at its General Meeting held earlier today to approve the proposed sale of The Legacy Agency, Inc. and TLA Worldwide Americas, Inc. ("US Businesses") to GCM Sports Holdings, Inc. ("Resolution") was duly passed.
 
The Group is pleased to confirm that following the passing of the Resolution, the sale of the US Businesses is expected to complete shortly and a further announcement will be made in due course.
 
Further details of the Disposal are set out in the circular to shareholders dated 11 December 2018.
