An award over ordinary shares in Hays plc granted under the Hays US Employee Stock Purchase Plan on 14 April 2026. The maximum number of shares purchased at the end of the Offering Period will be the maximum number of shares that can be acquired at the purchase price using the participant's accumulated contributions of US$250 per four-weekly period.
