COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGE

 

The Board of Hays plc today announces that Doug Evans will retire as Company
Secretary with effect from 26 August 2024, having served the Company for over
11 years. The Directors wish to express their appreciation for the significant
contribution made by Doug during his tenure as General Counsel & Company
Secretary.

 

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Rachel Ford as General
Counsel from 12 August 2024 and as Company Secretary with effect from 26
August 2024. Rachel is an experienced lawyer and company secretary and has
worked both in private practice and in-house with several large and complex
organisations. She joins us from Gatwick Airport where she was General Counsel
& Company Secretary. Rachel's previous roles include Head of Group Legal
and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Capita plc.
