    ** PE firm CCMP sold its remaining 6.75% stake in HAYW, and
Alberta offloaded its remaining 3.7% ownership, per the SEC
filing
    ** Goldman Sachs sole underwriter for offering
    ** Co early Weds posted Q2 top and bottom-line beat, per
Refinitiv, and said expects 2023 net sales to decrease 20%-23%
    ** Shares up 56% YTD through Thurs close
