Australia's Hazer Group falls on wider HY loss

** Shares of Hazer Group  HZR.AX   fall as much as 3% to
A$0.485, their lowest level since Sept. 20 
    ** The clean technology development co widens HY loss from
prior year, due to increased spending on a construction project
    ** HY revenue from ordinary activities surged 57% 
    ** Nearly 668,600 shares change hands as of 0355 GMT, 2.1x
the 30-day average volume 
    ** Stock down 27% this year, as of last close
