** Shares of Hazer Group  HZR.AX  rise as much as 16.7% to
A$0.700, their highest level since Dec 28
    **  Stock set for best day since June 30, 2022, if gains
hold
    ** The clean technology development co announces a startup
of its onshore Commercial Demonstration Plant and first
production of hydrogen and graphite
    ** Co expects to ramp up operations through first half of
CY2024
    ** Around 768,586 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 188,358 shares
    ** Stock has fallen 12.4% this year, as of last close
