India's HBL Engineering hits record high on 15 bln-rupee order win

** HBL Engineering  HBLS.NS  gains as much as 6.4% to a
record high of 739.65 rupees
    ** Engineering co gets order worth 15.22 bln rupees ($179.5
mln) from Chittaranjan Locomotive Works to supply, install,
commission collision avoidance system equipment on trains
    ** Stock gains 14.2% so far this month
    ** More than 5.2 mln shares traded, 2x the 30-day moving avg
    ** HBLS last up 2.1%, extending YTD gains to 62.6%
