India's HBL Power Systems surges 9% on multiple railway order wins

** Shares of consumer electronics and electrical component
manufacturer HBL Power Systems Ltd.  HBLS.NS  up 8.6% at 86.80
rupees- their best intra-day pct gain since June 21
    ** Co says as lead member of a consortium with technology
company Siemens  SIEM.NS , it won a contract worth 2.87 bln
rupees ($35.99 million) to deploy train collision avoidance

    ** Co also gets purchase order from rail coach manufacturer
Integral Coach Factory worth 316.6 mln rupees 
    **  As lead member of consortium with civil engineering
construction company Shivakriti International, co wins orders
worth 3.54 bln rupees and 816.7 mln rupees  
     ** More than 23 mln shares traded, vs 30-day moving avg of
over 3 mln 
    ** Up to Thursday's close, stock down 26.9%
