** Shares of HBT Financial  HBT.O  rise about 5% to $20.56 
    ** HBT, bank holding company of Heartland Bank and Trust
Company, reports Q4 adj. EPS of $0.62 on Wednesday, beating
analysts' estimates of $0.56
    ** "We had an excellent fourth quarter to complete 2022
thanks to growth in average earning assets, expanded net
interest margin and solid non-interest income" - Co
    ** Quarterly net interest income rose to $42.2 mln from
$32.9 mln a year earlier 
    ** HBT rose 4.5% in 2022
