    ** Preclinical-stage biopharma's stock opens at $7.50, then
falls to as low as $5.91
    ** Deal size boosted from 5.6 mln shares, prices at bottom
of $8-$10 filed range
    ** EF Hutton, division of Benchmark Investments, sole
bookrunner for the IPO
    ** ~1.9 mln HCWB shares have traded as of 1125 EDT
