India's HDB Financial posts higher quarterly profit as loans rise
April 15 (Reuters) - Indian non-bank lender HDB Financial Services HDBF.NS posted a 41.4% rise in fourth-quarter profit on Wednesday, supported by healthy loan demand and a sequential improvement in asset quality. Net profit rose to 7.51 billion rupees ($80.40 million) for the quarter ended March 31, from 5.31 billion rupees a year earlier.
