MUMBAI, Aug 5 (Reuters) - India's HDB Financial Services HDBF.NS plans to raise 15 billion rupees ($170.9 million), including a greenshoe option of 10 billion rupees, through the reissue of 7.9611% January 2028 bonds, three bankers said on Tuesday.
It will pay a coupon of 7.15% and has invited commitment bids for the issue on Wednesday, they said.
The company did not immediately respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
