In continuation to our intimation dated October 6, 2023, wherein it was
informed that meeting of the Board of Directors of HDFC Bank Limited ("the
Bank") will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2023 and Monday, October 16, 2023.

 

We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its adjourned
meeting held on October 16, 2023 deliberated on the unaudited standalone and
consolidated financial results of the Bank for the second quarter ended
September 30, 2023 and approved the same.

 

Pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing
Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose
herewith the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the
Bank for the second quarter ended September 30, 2023 ("Results"), along with
segment reporting and the Limited Review Report of the Joint Statutory
Auditors in this regard.
