Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Headlam Group plc (LSE: HEAD), Europe's leading distributor of floorcoverings, announces that, further to its final results announcement on 6 March 2019, it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 ('Annual Report').
The Annual Report and a separate Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders who have requested a printed copy, and are available on the Company's website www.headlam.com. In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of each document has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ('NSM') and will shortly be available to view at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting at 10.00 am on Friday, 24 May 2019 at its head office at Gorsey Lane, Coleshill, Birmingham B46 1JU.
