Publication of Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM') and Annual Report and Accounts 2024

Headlam (LSE: HEAD), the UK's leading floorcoverings distributor, announces
that on 24 March 2025, (in compliance with Listing Rule 6.4.1R and 6.3.5R of
the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules) it has submitted copies of the
following documents to the National Storage Mechanism in full unedited text
(together with this announcement): Company Annual Report & Accounts 2024,
(the 'Annual Report'); Notice of the 2025 AGM, (the 'Notice'); and Form of
Proxy for the AGM.

have elected to received hard copies of shareholder communications.

A condensed set of the Headlam Group plc's financial statements, along with
information on important events that have occurred during the year and the
corresponding impact on the financial statements, was included in the
