In accordance with LR 6.4.9R, the Company announces that Jemima Bird, (who is
a Non-Executive Director, the Senior Independent Director and the Chair of the
Remuneration Committee of the Company), has been appointed as a Non-Executive
Director and the Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Creightons plc with
effect from 31 March 2025.
