Headlam Group plc (LSE: HEAD), Europe's leading floorcoverings distributor, announces that Alison Littley, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, will step down from the Board with effect from 31 March 2021.
 
A search process for a Non-Executive Director will commence shortly through an independent recruitment consultancy. The Board will also look to appoint an additional Non-Executive Director during 2021 to bring further skills on to the Board using the same independent process.
