Publication of Annual Report and Accounts 2025

Headlam (LSE: HEAD), the UK's leading floorcoverings distributor, announces
that on 9 April 2026, (in compliance with Listing Rule 6.4.1R and 6.3.5R of
the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules) it has submitted copies of the
Company's Annual Report & Accounts 2025, (the 'Annual Report') to the
National Storage Mechanism in full unedited text (together with this
announcement).
